Al Bassam Heritage House
Discover Al Bassam Heritage House, an outstanding representation of Najdi architecture situated near the western gate of Unayzah city. Built between 1374 and 1378 AH, this expansive 3,500-square-meter residence highlights Najd’s architectural brilliance with its elaborate designs, sturdy stone foundations, and features crafted from tamarisk wood, including ceilings, doors, and windows.
The house is divided into four distinct areas: the men’s reception area, a family section, a garden, and animal pens. Guests can also wander through the majlis, an open courtyard, and a dining hall, each reflecting the rich cultural and architectural legacy of the region.
