1. Definitions

The Institution: Almakeen Al Amin Travel Management Establishment, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Services: Any tourism activity or individual service provided by the Institution or through its affiliated suppliers, including but not limited to sightseeing tours, heritage and cultural tours, marine and diving trips, international driving licenses, and any other services.

Client: Any person who books or uses any of the Institution’s services.

Supplier: Any company or entity that provides services included in the client’s booking, in cooperation with the Institution.


2. Accounts and Responsibility

2.1 You must be a registered user with your correct name and all accurate contact information.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

2.3 Any unauthorized use or violation of these terms shall be solely your responsibility.

2.4 The client is obligated to provide accurate and correct information when booking (name as in the passport, date of birth, contact details, etc.).

2.5 Any error in entering information is fully borne by the client, including amendment or cancellation fees from suppliers.

2.6 The client is responsible for possessing the necessary documents (passport, visas, permits, international licenses, etc.).


3. Links to Third-Party Websites

3.1 Our services may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for reference purposes only and do not imply our approval or endorsement of the content of such websites.

3.2 We do not control the content of those websites or their privacy policies.

3.3 Any software or files you download from third-party websites must be verified as free of viruses.


4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All website contents and materials provided by the Institution, including images, texts, designs, logos, and software, are owned by the Institution and may not be reused without written permission.

4.2 Trademarks and logos belonging to other suppliers are the property of their respective owners.


5. Services and Products

5.1 The Institution provides a variety of tourism services including booking flight tickets, marine trips, diving, heritage tours, international driving licenses, and other activities.

5.2 Contracts related to some services are directly between the client and the supplier, but the Institution acts as an organizing intermediary and is committed to coordinating all services.

5.3 All information related to trips, prices, and schedules is subject to change depending on supplier availability or operational circumstances.


6. Prices and Payment

6.1 Service prices are determined according to the offer provided by suppliers and depending on the type of service.

6.2 Prices may or may not include taxes and local fees, and details of each service must be reviewed before booking.

6.3 Payment is made at the time of booking through available payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment methods).

6.4 The Institution reserves the right to change prices before completing the booking.

6.5 Any currency exchange or additional bank fees are the responsibility of the client.

6.6 All prices are in Saudi Riyal unless stated otherwise.

6.7 Prices may be subject to change due to supplier price changes (hotels, airlines, etc.).

6.8 In the event of a pricing error (incorrect price due to technical malfunction or typographical error), the Institution reserves the right to adjust the price after notifying the client. The client may cancel the booking if they do not accept the adjustment.

6.9 Deposit: The client may be required to pay a deposit at the time of booking, which is considered non-refundable unless the service is canceled by the Institution or supplier.

6.10 The full amount must be paid before the start of the service according to the timeline specified in the booking invoice.


7. Cancellation and Modification Policy

7.1 Booking Modifications:
The client may request a modification to the booking (change of date or type of service) at least 48 hours prior to the start of the service.

Modifications are subject to service availability and supplier or Institution approval and may incur additional fees to cover related changes and costs.

7.2 Cancellations and Refunds:

A. Group Tours:
If cancellation and modification policies are not mentioned in the tour description, the following shall apply:

  • Before 30 days of the tour date: 80% refund of the paid amount.
  • From 15 to 29 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: Non-refundable.

B. Individual Services (diving, marine trips, heritage tours, etc.):

  • Before 7 days: 70% refund.
  • From 3 to 6 days: 30% refund.
  • Less than 3 days: Non-refundable.

C. Flight tickets and hotel bookings are subject to different cancellation and modification policies depending on the supplier and will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.

D. International driving licenses or administrative services: Non-refundable once the application is submitted.

7.3 Force Majeure:
The Institution is not responsible for any cancellation, modification, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond control such as natural disasters, government decisions, weather conditions, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases:

  • Efforts will be made to reschedule services.
  • The client may benefit from any cancellation or refund policies offered directly by the supplier.

8. Visas, Permits, and International Driving Licenses

8.1 The client is responsible for ensuring the validity of passports, visas, and required international driving licenses.

8.2 The Institution bears no responsibility for authorities’ refusal to grant entry or use of services for any reason.


9. Insurance and Liability

9.1 It is strongly recommended to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering accidents, cancellations, and losses.

9.2 The Institution is not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or damages resulting from the use of any service provided by suppliers.

9.3 Suppliers are independent contractors, and all services are provided under their own terms.

9.4 Hazardous Activity Services (diving, marine trips, and activities):

  • The client must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the Institution or supplier.
  • The client must disclose any illnesses or health conditions that may prevent them from performing the activity or pose a risk to their life.
  • In case of non-compliance, full personal responsibility falls on the client, and the Institution shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries.

10. Indemnity

10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Institution, its suppliers, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.


11. Updates to the Terms

11.1 The Institution has the right to amend or update these terms at any time.

11.2 Continued use of services after amendments implies your acceptance of the new terms.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12.2 Any dispute arising from the use of services or these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


13. User Content

Users may post reviews, photos, or comments on the website (“User Content”).
By using the website, you grant the Institution a non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, and royalty-free right to use User Content for the purpose of improving the website and our services. The content is not considered confidential, and you are responsible for any content you post.

Prohibited content includes:

  • Content that violates laws or harms others.
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Content that includes harmful links or viruses.
  • Content unrelated to the service or tourism tours.

14. Cancellation of Tourism Service and Account Suspension

In certain cases, the Institution may cancel your booking at any time, even after confirmation, and suspend your account for any duration deemed appropriate without stating reasons, due to violations causing harm to us, our clients, or our suppliers, such as:

  • Providing false information by clients.
  • Issues related to credit cards.
  • Exploiting bookings for commercial purposes without written approval.
  • Failure to comply with the provisions outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

The Institution may also cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances related to suppliers, accommodations, or the destination country in cases such as:

  • Closure of accommodation for any reason.
  • Force majeure as per state policies.
  • Airline closures or issues.

Based on the above and other reasons, the Institution may suspend dealings with any clients and ban any users as deemed appropriate, including prohibiting use of the website in any indirect manner such as creating fake accounts or logging in with false or inaccurate information.
