During the trip, the customer acknowledges full compliance with the directives of the leader or his representative during the trip, as these directives are considered binding and final, and in the event that these directives are not implemented in whole or in part, the organization / trip leader or his representative has the right to exclude the customer and leave the site without refunding any amounts as well.
